Reservation info:
Extra person cost 30euro per night.

Condo price: From the 5th person and more: 30 Euro per person per night. Maximum occupancy 8 persons.

Child policy: Up to 6 years old no charge. Between 6 and 12 charge 50% of extra person. 

Baby cot  is provided without additional charge upon request.

For all properties, minimum stay 3 nights.

Check in time is at 15:00 -- Check out time max. at 11:00 a.m

Tranport service: please inform us if you would like a transfer from and to the Airport and Port with an additional charge.

For weekly bookings a discount of 8% of the total cost is offered.

For monthly bookings a discount of 16% of the total cost is offered.

**Other posible charges 

There is extra charge 25 euro for each additional service. Let us know in advance to arrange it.

One use of  the shared washing machine is included in the price. Possible extra use will be charged.

Extra Fees:

The cleaning service is not included in the price. The cost is 30 euro per stay (appears by each reservation apply)

City tax :  0.5 eur. per house/ per night

Paypal/transaction fee: 3.6% per booking/ per stay

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is at least 14 days. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival. There is no refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
